Wayne Bridge displays his ripped physique as he works up a sweat with actor Andrew Cooper at grooming brand launch

He's known for showcasing his talents at a range of Premier League clubs. 

And Wayne Bridge attended the launch of a new men's grooming brand, The Fellowship, with dancer Eric Underwood and actor Andrew Cooper on Tuesday.   

The retired footballer, 40, showed off his muscles as he worked out at the gym event in a teal T-shirt and black shorts.

Wayne put his best foot forward as he jumped around and lunged at the exercise focused launch. 

The ex-Chelsea star cut a toned figure and completed his workout look with a pair of grey adidas trainers and long stripy socks. 

Meanwhile ballerina Eric grinned as he hopped effortlessly from one leg to the other in an all-black ensemble. 

And Royal Heart's star Andrew proved he was no stranger to a tough workout as he donned a sleeveless T-shirt from his boxing gym, Gleason's, in New York.

The outing comes after Wayne spent some quality time with his wife Frankie on Sunday. 

The couple enjoyed a rare date night at 63rd + 1st - Cobham restaurant in Surrey as they took an evening away from their sons Parker, seven, and Carter, five. 

The Loose Women presenter, 32, took to Instagram and shared a snap of Wayne in the restaurant and told her followers how nice it was to have some alone time.

She wrote alongside the snap: '1st night out just us two in a long time!'

Earlier this year, Wayne revealed him and Frankie had been having daytime sex in the third national lockdown. 

The footballer told The Sun: 'Because of our kids and the lockdown, bedtime’s become harder, so [sex] has become a daytime thing. 

'But that’s also been quite tough because of home- schooling... it’s quite difficult.' 

He continued: 'There have been times with them coming close to catching us!'

Date night: The outing comes after Wayne spent some quality time with his wife Frankie on Sunday.

'I like a late-night one but my missus isn’t as keen - she likes a bit earlier, and she likes to go to bed early as well.

'I do like daytime [sex] as well - it makes you feel good afterwards...'

A strong couple, Frankie has praised Wayne in the past  for his support during her battle with depression and said communication has strengthened her marriage.

The former Saturdays star  told the Made By Mammas podcast that her husband had been amazing when she suffered a mental breakdown in the first year of their relationship, with the star forced to take a hiatus from the band and hospitalised.

She said of her husband, 40: 'We've been together ten years and I would say we've only really got better at communicating in the last couple of years.

'I had my breakdown right early on, it was in our first year of our relationship together and he was amazing.

'He could've run for the hills, but he didn't. He stuck around and he tried to learn as much as he could through my therapists and doctors at the time. It was a real stress for him.

'I carried on with work, and life just moved on and we never really discussed it, as such.  

'Not that it was like a 'hush-hush subject', but I guess we just moved on from it all.

Frankie said it was only over the past few years that she 'understood herself more', saying: 'I know what I need from someone now in that situation and I know how to ask for it.' 

She said: 'Nine times out of ten, no one can fix what I'm anxious about or what I'm depressed about.  

'So I'm not looking for answers from him. I want him to either listen or give me a hug, or to go and take the kids and sort them out so that I don't have to. 

'And now all I have to do is cry and know I just need to cry and get it out.

'Or I just say, "Look I'm feeling really rubbish today" and he just kind of does it.'

'He's had to learn not to take it personally.  

'It's not him that's making me unhappy, it's not our relationship that's making me unhappy, it's just my depression. And I feel for him because that must be really hard.

'I know when he's having a bit of a rubbish day you can't help but take it personally.'
