And despite swapping the pages of FHM magazine for a new career as a fake tanning cream designer, it appears that Lara Worthington, nee Bingle, is still just as focused on keeping her physique in shape as she was back in her racy modelling days.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the 28-year-old flaunted her toned physique in a selfie wearing nothing but skimpy activewear.

The former reality TV star's muscular stomach was flat, proving that she hasn't been skimping when it comes to working out at the gym.

Lara seems to have been watching her diet recently after being spotted last week picking up healthy snacks during some grocery shopping in New York.
The Cronulla-born bombshell picked up some sea salt flavoured Veggie Stix
The snack, from Good Health Natural Foods, boasts on the packet that it contains '50 per cent less fat than potato chips.'
The former FHM cover girl also picked up some organic whole milk during her shopping trip.

According to OK! magazine, Lara and husband Sam Worthington are eager to have another child with the model hopeful for a daughter this time around.
'Sam and Lara have been talking about this for months now. They agreed when they got engaged that they don't want a big age gap between their kids,' a source claimed to the magazine.
They added the couple would like to give their one-year-old son Rocket a little sister.
