Brooke Burke has managed to stay in Hollywood cover-girl shape even into her fifties. And that is because the Jane The Virgin actress stays on top of the latest health trends.

This 51-year-old former Dancing With The Stars co-host told DailyMail.com exclusively that she is now into biohacking.

'I am obsessed with biohacking and doing a deep dive into innovative longevity opportunities, and it feels amazing,' said the star who was seen in Malibu earlier this month.

Biohacking is also known as 'human augmentation' and is a 'do-it-yourself biology' that works to enhance health and wellbeing through certain techniques such as meditation and intermittent fasting, according to Healthline

'Free movement and positive mantras are pushing through new areas of fitness. I am teaching hot yoga body sculpting, which is an incredible opportunity to heat up the core, stretch, release toxins, and explore restorative yoga poses,' added the fiancée of Scott Rigsby.

Brooke also told DailyMail.com what her top three exercises to do every day are.

'I like to stretch and do booty BURN circuit (twisty kickbacks) as well as child pose push-ups,' she shared.

'My four week booty challenge is timed out to be just 10 minutes a day. It’s a full circle of every move to tone, tighten, and lift the glutes.'

Burke also said just walking out your front door and going for a stroll is smart as well.

'Movement is what matters most. And giving yourself the opportunity to get outside, move your body, and escape from your to do list, is meaningful,' she said.

She is already having a busy 2023.

The Melissa & Joey star told DailyMail.com that she is excited about her new wellness retreat in Arizona.

This is her first retreat since the pandemic began. It is a three-day wellness workshop with the focus on 'mindful fitness.'

'We will sculpt the body and reshape the mind. The theme for this retreat is PERMISSION. Permission to show up. Permission to evolve. Permission to grow. Permission to change. Permission to let go,' she shared.

The retreat is important for women as it allows them to take time out for themselves, said the former Playboy cover girl.

'There is nothing more important than women carving out time to make a date with themselves,' added the ex of Baywatch star Dave Charvet.

'The Brooke Burke Body (BB Body) experience is an opportunity to reset, reimagine, and recommit to your wellness goals and explore wellbeing through a variety of modalities and collective female energy,' she noted.

'We'll employ body sculpting, yoga, meditation, red light therapy, vision workshops, crystal sound bath healing, breathwork and more.'

Red light therapy is a treatment that may help skin, muscle tissue, and other parts of the body heal. It exposes a person to low levels of red or near-infrared light. Infrared light is a type of energy eyes can’t see, but the body can feel as heat. Red light is similar to infrared, but it can be seen, per WedMD

Sound baths help realign, re-tune and raise the body’s vibrational frequency with different pitches and tones, according to Vogue

She chose Arizona because it is home for her.

WHAT IS BIOHACKING?

Biohacking can be described as citizen or do-it-yourself biology. For many biohackers, this consists of making small, incremental diet or lifestyle changes to make small improvements in your health and well-being.

Biohacks promise anything from quick weight loss to enhanced brain function.

Biohacking comes in many forms. The three most popular types are nutrigenomics, DIY biology, and grinder.

Nutrigenomics focuses on how the food you eat interacts with your genes.

DIY biology (or DIY bio) is a type of biohacking spearheaded by people with education and experience in scientific fields.

Grinder is a biohacking subculture that sees every part of the human body as hack-able.

In general, grinders seek to become 'cyborgs' by optimizing their bodies with a combination of gadgets, chemical injections, implants, and anything else they can put into their body to make it work the way they want it to.

'I absolutely love the energy of the desert,' shared the Connecticut native.

'The Civana Wellness Resort has been named one of the top 10 spas in America. They have phenomenal fitness facilities.

'An elite water circuit experience in the spa. Gorgeous sunsets. Labyrinth meditation opportunities. And the perfect ambience to do sisterhood circle work,' she said.

And she has a lot to offer, like over 20 years of fitness experience, body sculpting and yoga, she told DailyMail.com.

'I have choreographed more than 200 hours of functional fitness,' said the 5ft7in star whose full name is Brooke Lisa Burke.

'I'm a breathwork coach, sound bath guide and wellness influencer,' she said.

She also teaches mindfulness, which allows her to 'marry the concepts of mind, body, and spirit.'

Burke said that this retreat will be far more than your typical fitness workshop.

'It is an amazing opportunity to connect women in a way that is therapeutic, insightful, and life changing,' said the former Maxim model.

Brooke also watches her diet.

As far as sweets, the mother of four said she does not encourage artificial sweeteners.

'What I’m loving right now is my Longevity superfood blend sprinkled on a variety of tasty desserts such as my almond butter stuffed dates. Another go-to sweet is a cacao dark chocolate bar,' said the Malibu resident.

'I keep mine in the freezer. Some of my other favorites include Lemon Cream Superfood Chia Seed Pudding. It's a gorgeous dessert that is filling and satisfying.

'Superfood Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie: If you love chocolate covered strawberries this is the healthy substitute you've been looking for.'

Soon she will be offering day retreats and multi-day wellness workshops in Malibu.

And for the upcoming retreat in Arizona, they are making it possible for locals to join without an overnight stay at Civana.

'Our intention is that our community will begin making choices because these experiences will better ourselves, she said.

And the star asked fans to go to www.BrookeBurke.com for all of the in-person and live zoom opportunities.
