The goal of this petition is to receive 10,000 signatures in support of boycotting the socially insensitive and unscrupulous Toronto Sun newspaper.

The Toronto Sun consistently displays a lack of empathy as well as overtones of prejudice and racism towards black minorities / MVP youth (Most Vulnerable People) without showing any sort of privacy, respect ardor compassion for the respective families and friends of youth who’ve either died as a result of the growing gun violence pandemic in our city or youth who become incarcerated as a result of the aforementioned growing gun violence pandemic.

As most of you are aware, Dimarjio Jenkins AKA Houdini was targeted and killed in Toronto’s entertainment district on Tuesday.

Outrage continues to grow online as well as within communities across Toronto over the continuous disrespect displayed by the Toronto Sun, their employees as well as specifically the Editor(s) of this racist newspaper.

If the Toronto Sun truly cared about justice for Dimarjo, his family and the wellbeing of our city and communities within, they’d make a concerted effort to show any sort of journalistic integrity and would not attempt to profit as well as generate clickbait off of the misfortunes and mistakes of others, especially the deceased.
