All items being auctioned are sold "AS IS WHERE IS!! No Refunds, Guarantees, or Warranties are implied unless offered IN WRITING on a SPECIFIC AUCTIONED ITEM. (Such items WILL BE noted on your inventory catalog and the Auctioneer will tell you.)
Refund Policy. Item must be returned within 15 days from issue of Return Invoice number (RI#)or no refund will be due. Items must be shipped signature confirmation required for proof of delivery, insurance recommended as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. To facilitate the processing time of your refund, place the RI# on the outside of your package. The cost of shipping the item to California Auction Company, LLC is to be paid by the customer. International bidders please note that customs and duties fees are paid by the bidder and are not refundable. Items that are incomplete will not be refunded and will be promptly returned to the customer.
Do not bid if you are not serious about keeping the item. Please note that returns must be requested and RI# obtained within 7 days of receipt of item by bidder or no refund is due. Refunds on products purchased through Calauctioncompany.com'. Refunds must be requested within 7 days from receipt or no refund is due, no exceptions. To return an item, simply contact Jan at 209-629-6335. Please note support is not open on weekends and holidays. Please note that should it become necessary to return your item for any reason, California Auction Company does not refund original shipping charges or return shipping costs, so please factor this into your bidding and buying strategies. There WILL BE A 15% BUYER'S PREMIUM AND SALES TAX added to all invoices at check-out. Accepted Payment: Cash, Master Card, Visa, debit card, and company approved checks.
All purchased items must be paid for before you leave the auction and picked up by Thursday (following the auction) by 5 p.m. (NO DUMPING) All purchased items not removed within a specified time (without talking to office) will re-auctioned at the next sale with 100% of the proceeds being donated to a local charity of our choice. Please arrange your own shipping if you are buy furniture, or Bikes. Bikes cost approx 100.00 to ship from Ca. to the East Coast...call ask about any furniture you might want to have shipped... we will try to get the best price available for shipping....

THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU & CALIFORNIA AUCTION COMPANY. When you bid on an item and the hammer goes down awarding you the winning bid, you are responsible to pay all fees including sales tax and any buyers premiums. If you fail to do so, California Auction Company LLC., will take any and all legal action necessary.
ALL PAID ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A STORAGE FEE OF 55.00 PER DAY FOR 30 DAYS AND THEN PUT BACK INTO AUCTION & CONSIGNOR FEES IF ANY WILL APPLY.

on line bidders that live within the area of Stockton may will call their merchandise. Please do so withing 48 hours of sale. I will be at warehouse for Sunday will calls from 7am to 2 pm. Thanks, Janice. All others will be shipped by US Mail (if if fits it ships) or FedEx ground.... we charge you what they charge me only.
On Line Bidders -- DO Not purchase any bikes or large and heavy items unless you are willing to pay the freight & crate charges...
bikes & large heavy items cost a min. of $150.00 each to crate & ship-----you can arrange your own shipping by using U ship it.
we use the Post Office (if it fits it ships) or FedEx.... you can make special arrangement for your own freight if desired. Just call the office to due so.
