These sunset-colored beauties known as eremurus grow nestled among folds of agricultural farmland between Ontario and Nyssa near Frahm Fresh Produce. The yellow, pink, orange and purple conical-shaped perennials commonly known as foxtail lilies range from 3 feet to 7 feet tall and are in full splendor in May and June. The flowers are typically sold to wholesale florists around the states, with the really tall ones (some are well over 5-feet tall) heading to Vegas hotels, such as the Bellagio. When the flowers are dormant, Hopman gathers the seeds and roots to sell to catalog companies across the United States. The flowers are planted and sold by variety and color.
