The lavish former waterfront home of iconic saxophonist Kenny G is on the market for a whopping $85 million, reports Mansion Global. Set on four acres in the opulent town of Hunts Point, Washington, the property is the priciest ever listed in the Seattle area, easily surpassing the previous top spot, a $60 million property listed two years ago (also in Hunts Point).

At 12,000 square feet, the traditional style 1995-built mansion served as an extravagant home to the smooth jazz musician until 1999, when it was purchased by cellular communications investor Craig McCaw. McCaw’s brother and his wife are the current sellers of the property. Famed architect Richard Landry designed the five-bed, nine-bath home, which features a sandstone facade laden with glass. Landry is known as the creative brain behind a number of celebrity homes, including an $87 million Beverly Hills abode custom-built for Mark Wahlberg and a two-story guest house on the estate that Adele purchased from Sylvestor Stallone earlier this year.

Inside, the elaborate dwelling boasts 20-foot tall ceilings atop intricate custom carved moldings and other deluxe features, including towering arched windows, sterling silver hardware, and walnut flooring. In the formal living room, hand-painted 24-carat gold leaf details decorate the ceiling above a hand-carved fireplace mantle. A classic wood-walled study complete with a marble fireplace and a regal mirrored formal dining room are also found.

Plenty of luxurious amenities dot the estate, including an outdoor stage, a pool with waterfall jets, a tennis court, two stately grand lawns, and an outsize dock that can accommodate a seaplane and a 150-foot yacht. Additional structures include a 4,400-square-foot staff house complete with a commercial kitchen and wine cellar, a poolside cabana, and a 1,500-square-foot beach house flanked by 327 feet of sandy waterfront access to Lake Washington.
