I was flustered thinking I would never get the gist of crepes then decided to order this kit. The spreader that came with my crepe pan was I’ll designed and way to heavy. These are light enough to float and not scrape the batter clean off of the griddle. Crepes for dessert later tonight! I finally got the hang of it with the right tools!

HINT: before using them give them a nice rub with cooking oil. They will be easier to clean and it will make them look lovely.

The spatula has's been very useful but spreader sticks the batter. I am not sure if it is because I am using buckwheat instead of regular wheat in my batter, but I am felling like it shouldn't have mattered. Otherwise, if you oil the wood beforehand it performs better.
