So first of all, the shipping was really good on this mirror. Obviously I was concerned it would break or have issues getting here but the delivery guy (UPS in my instance) was careful with the box and the box itself was very clear that the contents were fragile (it must be Italian) and to handle with care. Once I opened the box, it was a classic "box in a box" move from amazon. Inside the product box, the mirror was wrapped well in styrofoam and some thin wood in the corners to keep it very well protected.

The mirror it's self is very minimalistic and modern design which we prefer. The frame is made mostly of MDF like the description says but it does seem sturdy and since you shouldn't be needing it to hold weight or really have any physical interaction, this build quality should hold up fine.
One minor thing I wish was different was if there was another small piece of MDF running horizontal across the hooks for wall mounting. had they done this, you would be able to hang the mirror on the wall without taking off the back stand. However it would make it stand off the wall about a quarter inch, but if you would rather not take the stand off and try to store it somewhere, that would be an option you could do with one small piece of scrap lumber. For now, we have it standing upright until we can decide exactly where it will go. Then I plan to either take the stand off and discard it, hoping I will never want to stand it upright again, or do the aforementioned wood adding plan.

Either way, once we do decide where to hang it permanently we will put some high quality picture frame hanging wire across the two hanging tabs vs trying to line up perfectly with two screws in the wall. Obviously only do this if you know what you're doing and have done the math to make sure your wall mount can hold the weight fully, but the mirror it's self is actually pretty light.
I do wish we got the black, but with primer and some careful work, I should be able to paint it any color I want. Remember, it is MDF so if you plan to paint it, do the research to learn how to paint MDF properly. That said, there's very little of the color visible around the frames outside, so don't worry about the color too much.

I did notice that from a distance, there is a noticeable warp in the mirror making me look longer and thinner, (I'm sure that sounds good to a lot of people) but I prefer an accurate reflection for better or worse. However, once I walked up close to an appropriate viewing distance, the warping was gone. This is relatively common for any mirror but worth noting, the accuracy does fall off the further away you stand. (I noticed it at about 10 or 15 ft to be clear. So not "close" by any means).

OVERALL we really like this mirror and it fits just perfectly in our hallway leading to all the rooms in the house. This way everyone can take one last check after changing before heading out to the world. I think the quality is great for the price and the shipping was handled with care and packaged safely. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a large full mirror in their house.
