Sturdy, Easy To Assemble and Use, Odd Shape
I rate these push-up handles 4 out of 5 stars. They are a good value for the price, especially since they come with a speed rope. They feel like they are made out of decent plastic materials, but they are pretty sturdy when fully assembled. I weigh 265 lbs, and they hold up under my weight, even when doing multiple kinds of push-ups.The reason I took off a star is because they are a little painful to use, due to the shape of the part that touches your hands. They are not round, they kind of have a football shape to them, or an oval shape. This puts more pressure down the Center portion, and you can really feel it in your hands. Also, the circumference of the handles is kind of small, so anyone with larger hands it's not going to feel very good with prolonged use. The combination of the oval shape and the small circumference does cause them to hurt my hands, so I only use them here and there, for occasional sets. To be honest, I will be getting a different set, that is more comfortable on my hands and wrists.

These push up bars are easy to use as they are both comfortable on the hands and provide good stability when you really need it.
The base and handles are wide enough to give really good stability all through the range of motion. The handles are angled to give several options for wrist positioning. The foam padding and the slight oval shape on the handles provide cushioning and a more appealing shape for my hands. I personally prefer the oval shape to the round bar. They are extremely light weight, but I don't feel that they are so lightweight in construction that there is a chance of failure in normal usage. I like the addition range these bars give me as some days my wrists aren't as flexible as others.
I think the bars are of good quality and that you are getting good value with this purchase. I would choose them again.
