1. No sound for music/videos (two earbuds)

  • Please try to turn up the headphones volume.
  • Check if the headphones are ON. If not, please turn on the headphones. If the headphones are not connected, please refer to relevant instructions to complete the left & right earbuds connecting. In the meanwhile, check if the charging case is fully charged.
  • Check if the headphones are correctly connected with mobile phone. If you can control the headphones through the mobile phone, please try another mobile phone. If you still cannot hear sound, check if there is something wrong with the headphones. If you can hear sound, the mobile phone may be incompatible with the headphones.

2. No sound for music/videos (one earbud)

  • Check if the earbud is ON or two earbuds are connected or the earbud’s speaker is broken. TWS headphones are different in powering on and the left & right earbuds connecting, please refer to relevant instructions to operate and judge accordingly.
  • One earbud does not power on (the charging case has no indication when the earbud is placed in or taken out of the case). If the earbud hasn’t been used for long periods of time, please open the case and take the earbud out until the indicator on the case is lit
  • Please follow relevant instructions to reset the headphones and try again.

3. No sound for calls

  • Please try to turn up the headphones volume.
  • Please try another mobile phone. If you still cannot hear sound, check if there is something wrong with the headphones. If you can hear sound, the mobile phone may be incompatible with the headphones.

4. Low volume

  • Try to turn up ringtone or media volume of the mobile phone
  • Clean the dustproof screen covering the speaker holes, which may have been blocked by foreign matters.
  • Headphones volume do not sync with phone volume

    I am never fully satisfied with earbuds not matter the brand - Apple, Bose, Beats… - but the Edifier NB2 Pro Wireless Earbuds are by far my favorite! (And at a fraction of the cost I’ve spent on others.). How much so? So much that although I still have my Apple, anise & Beats earbuds, when I lost my Edifiers, I immediately ordered another set. The noise cancellation is pretty good, battery life equates to others that are far more expensive and the sound quality is awesome. The BEST feature in my opinion is that they are so comfortable! I can wear the longer than the others, they’re super easy to use as far as phone calls, skipping songs, etc. I can’t say enough about them. Kudos to Edifier!

    They sound great. Best wireless I have tried in the price bracket.
    Pause and play should be the most basic function of any earbud, but these rarely actually pause/play on touch. The entire touch functionality is bad and its amplified by the tap navigation of features.

    Oh and if you ever want to take them off and leave them in your shirt pocket for some time forget about it unless you have the case. They will not power on without the case even when charged.

    Ambitious but fails in functionality which I will always consider the most important aspect of true wireless earbuds.

    I own over 20 pairs of earbuds and would rate these Edifier earbuds near the top of the pack. The sound quality they produce is very good if a tad bass heavy for my taste (EDM aficionados take note). Overall I would rate their sound quality 8.5/10, which surpasses anything else I own in this price range. The only fault of the earbuds lies with their limited control scheme (no way to adjust volume), not to mention the finicky touch surfaces which are not the most responsive. But if you can live with the quirky controls, these earbuds are a solid buy.
