I bought this set of duct tape to label our moving boxes. I have had zero issues with adhesion or tearing it properly (no strings unless I'm rushing and tear wrong). I have used printed duct tape (official brand name version) in the past and would liken the quality of this tape to that decorative duct tape or perhaps a smidge thicker. It isn't as thick as the original gray stuff, but it certainly isn't a quality I would complain about. It would happily use it for crafting or to repair a cracked plastic box without concern. I wouldn't use it in extreme durability conditions like tent repair (that's what the gray stuff or, really, Gorilla tape is for). I would definitely order this again.

I needed to repair some testing privacy shields that were damaged (torn and defaced) when someone renting the (my) classroom from the school district decided they could use items stored inside of a classroom cabinet and clearly marked as my personal property.

Hey! Teachers spend their own money on classroom items and when we mark them as personal property and store them in cabinets, it doesn't mean others may just get into the cabinets and dig for supplies and use them. Until the past year, I've never felt like I had to lock things up in over 15 years of teaching.
However, these shields help limit cheating during quizzes and tests, so I need them. I set them up and put them away myself every time they get used during the school year - so I can track wear as they are colorful and cost me nearly $100 for a class set.
Yet, one Tuesday, I came in and began setting up for a test, and they had painted handprints on them, white out writing, holes poked in them, tears, etc. I was livid!! And that discovery is what led to my needing to repair these shields (and to the additional purchase of fancy 5 digit padlocks and chains.....which they tried to get into later and failed).

This colorful tape is holding like a dream on the cardboard and will give my testing privacy shields life for a few more years!

I purchased this tape for moving purposes - to color code my boxes to various rooms in my new house. As others have noted in reviews, this tape is not ideal for sealing any boxes as the adhesive is not very aggressive. I put 5" pieces on on the edges of my boxes to mark rooms and even those pieces started to peel away from the cardboard in some places. Perfect for labeling as the colors are bright. There is also not much tape on each roll so it's not ideal for sealing anyway.

It sticks well and can be easily peeled off. We needed it to make lables for a framework of a very large Christmas Village desplay. There are 4 sections and each part is unique to that section so each has to be labled as belonging to that section. We are hoping that will help make it easier when we put it up again this Christmas.

These worked great for my latest move. I used them to color-coordinate all the boxes with the room they belonged in, and wrote the contents of the box on the tape. Then when we got to the new place I put a strip of the corresponding tape outside each room so the movers knew exactly where to put the boxes, which made unpacking much more efficient. The colors were bold and the tape was very sticky and durable so I highly recommend this brand. I didn't actually use it to close the boxes, just put a piece around each corner, but I'm sure it could be used for that with no problem.

It’s duct tape, it’s fine for the purpose i used it for: Crafts. Whoever had the idea to wrap 12 rolls of duct tape individually in tight plastic, is a terrible person. Could barely get it off some of them. Also, the rolls are pretty skinny, found no other options for bigger rolls.
