BUN RIEU
Bun Rieu is a traditional Vietnamese soup of clear stock and rice vermicelli. The broth is tomato and crab soup base flavored with fish sauce, lime juice, chili pepper, lemongrass and other spices. It is served with vegetables such as lettuce, mint leaves, basil leaves and other herbs which are used to create the characteristic flavor of bún riêu.
