Eight Fast-Casual Spots Stay Open 24 Hours at the Boulevard Food Court

Diners looking for something to eat around the clock can head to the new Boulevard Food Court, filled with eight fast-casual restaurants right on the Las Vegas Strip. The new food court sits next to Fat Bar and Fatburger, north of the MGM Grand.

AAA Sandwich Co. brings a menu of South Philly cheese steaks, Cuban sandwiches, turkey and fixings, and a bacon and pastrami Reuben. Customers can build their own as a grilled, pressed, or cold sandwich. 
Cannonball Buffalo Wings & Fingers offers nine different sauces including mild, medium and hot flavors such as mild sweet teriyaki, medium sweet chili Sriracha and hot habanero pineapple or Carolina reaper garlic for the adventurous. 


Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf opens its 21st location. The oldest and largest privately held specialty coffee and tea retailer in the United States uses the top one percent of Arabica beans and the hand-picked, whole tea leaves.

El Dorado Express, a second outpost of the Mexican restaurant, serves antojitos or “little cravings.” Street tacos, bowls, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, salads and elote street corn make the menu.

Mighty Fries goes crazy with French fries. Shoestring, waffle sweet potato or sidewinder styles are selected first, followed by one of four seasoning dusts including truffle salt or smokey maple and dips including sweet chipotle or truffle aioli. Customers can also choose “dirty fries” with Sriracha Hawaiian fries topped with brown gravy, Spam, poached egg, green onions and Sriracha. Favorites also include the cheesy mac and cheese bites and the pork carnitas fries with sidewinders, carnitas, pico de gallo, sour cream, nacho cheese and cilantro.


Customers can make their own ice cream cookie sandwich, crepe ice cream burrito, sundae or shake at CookieMufu. Peanut butter, chocolate chip and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are paired with eight ice creams including salted caramel, soy mint chocolate chip, strawberry or coffee blast ice cream.


Reb Dog offers Sabrett all-beef jumbo or jalapeño hot dogs. The ‘Big Dog” brings a two-foot-long Reb Dog. Choices include the New York dog smothered in sauerkraut, onions and spicy brown mustard; the Chicago Dog, made garden style with onions, sweet relish, tomatoes and peppers; or the Coney dog, an all-beef dog, house made chili, yellow mustard and chopped onions.

Voodoo Pizza offers 18 pizzas such as the Dorito Nacho pizza topped with taco seasoned ground beef, Doritos, cheddar jack cheese, pico de gallo, jalapeños and nacho cheese or the pepperoni ranch pizza with ranch dressing already baked into the pie. Other options include the eight cheese mac and cheese pizza, Shrroomm pizza, Buffalo chicken pizza and Spaghetti O’s and meatballs pizza.
