Saskatoon weather: Snowy and windy with risk of frostbite

A look at Monday’s Saskatoon weather by Environment Canada.
It’s -16 C at Saskatoon Diefenbaker International Airport this morning, with 57 km winds and 71 km gusts coming out of the northeast and a wind chill making it feel like -31.
A winter storm warning is in effect this morning, with strong wind and blowing snow expected for the next two days. City crews have been out clearing snow as it falls, but it’s still necessary to be cautious on the roads today.
We’re also back to bundling up any time we need to venture out into the cold — don’t forget those extra layers.
