Well the deluded duo continue into Scotland today. Perth infact for their hustings. Some of those in attendance will be disappointed to see that McEwan's is no longer with us, but on the upside the Land rover garage will be doing a roaring trade today.

I fully expect their will be a more positive response to Jeremy Hunt than the daft loon Johnson.
Surprised me to learn that one sixth of all Conservative and Unionist members come from Scotland. Maybe just a few confused Rangers fans have been added for effect.

But as we the Scots wait on every utterance that will come from their free spending mouths will Boris turn up in a kilt, plaids of tartan, blue woad and a see you Jimmy hats? Or will he just save it for going to Braemar games in 8 weeks time?

BTW, is it just me that's sick to death of Nicola Sturgeon sticking her nose into every possible thing on planet earth ?
We have our own first minister in Wales, not sure what he does....but anyhoo, at least he keeps his head down, and mouth shut.
I don't know why she doesn't get on and leave the UK, and join the Forth Reich and be done with it. Everyone's happy. Scotland is happy, the EU is happy, and the rest of us can have piece and quiet, and not have to listen to this ghastly woman ever again.:)

Scotland was a Conservative stronghold at one time. When Conservatives represented real working people of all classes and not just a minority of right-wing gammons.

Competent politician ?:D
Now I know for a fact, you are either drunk, joking around or just a complete wind up merchant.
Now I know for a fact that you just have a case of sour grapes, because he won his referendum. (y)

If he's not, how on Earth has he run rings around the other lot, remainers, and why are we leaving the EU? Hmm... thinking on it and to be fair, his having run rings around the current crop here and in the EU does not, admittedly, indicate his brilliance, rather their being less brilliant than him.

You don't think he's great & I don't think they are - the horrible truth may be we're both right. ;) :ROFLMAO:

WTF
You mean he didn't get enough votes when up against a better candidate
No, I mean that FPTP is a brake on smaller parties in a GE and that this rolls over into by-elections. That aside, you are mistaking the existence of 'a better candidate' with one that either belongs to a preferred party or follows a preferred ideology.

I can think of many, many Labour and Conservative MPs who, manifestly, were not, indeed could not, have been the 'better candidate', but who still won in their constituencies - because of what they were affiliated to rather than their personal qualities. (y)

Anyway, bed now, de-fencing anon...

I see your man admits he is willing to sacrifice the union in his desperate quest for Brexit.
