Happy Birthday Janu Tornell!

Janu was a member of the Koror tribe where she was chosen by season winner Tom in the school yard pick. She performed well in the physical challenges but her success did not last long. After the Koror tribe won the beef stew reward on day 12 Janu became very ill and remained ill for the remainder of her game. She was often shown to be in a sour mood or laying in the hammock. Janu clashed with tribe mate Katie and was described as a buzz kill by Greg. The Koror tribe members wanted to keep her along as a pawn to further their own game. By day 27 Janu felt fulfilled with her experience and she quite the game, which gave the intended target Stephenie an extra few days on the island. Janu is the first person to quit the game in the jury phase and is also the first castaway in survivor history to be banished to exile island.

Unfortunately we have yet to interview Janu, although we look forward to eventually hearing from her!
