The warmest region of Portugal, in every aspect, due to its proximity to Africa. The Algarve is a well-known touristic site but not always as well known for surfing.

 

On the south coast, between Tavira and Quarteira, exceptional quality waves can be found when conditions are at their best.

 

Sagres, further down the west coast, will certainly not disappoint you! This area offers excellent surfing conditions all the year round, due to its beaches facing multiple directions.

 

From north to south: Arrifana, Carrapateira, Amado, Cordoama, Castelejo and Ponta Ruiva are the elected breaks.
