Hi guys. Have you ever heard of the term "balot" here in the Philippines? Well, balot is like the most famous delicacy here in the Philippines. Balot is a street food here in the Philippines which is a developing duck's embryo that is boiled.

This image is taken yesterday when me and my friends decided to buy balot. Local vendor's always roam around usually at night and sell balots in hes "sukis/customers. ![balot 2.jpg]

Balot is perfect if you eat it with your hands and with local coconut vinegar with spices.
