In case you missed it, ULTROS is a kaleidoscopic-looking platformer that was revealed at the PlayStation Showcase back in May 2023, and now we're getting another look at it before its release next month on February 13th!

The trailer highlights the frantic, fast-paced, and bloody combat, against the tranquil and harmonious nature that many of the species here enjoy.

Master your skills and balance the cycle of life and death in this mind-bending and enchanting alien world.

There's no denying ULTROS has a very unique art style, hopefully, it doesn't cause too much confusion when you're in the middle of an action-packed boss battle! Check out some screenshots below, showing the game's beautiful visual style.

ULTROS is being released in both a Standard Edition, as well as a Digital Deluxe Edition on Steam. The Digital Deluxe Edition will grant you access to a digital artbook, which contains never-before-seen imagery, as well as access to the game's digital soundtrack. Given how the art is the big stand-out for this game, the artbook could well be worth a look!

ULTROS launches February 13th on Steam, with pre-orders available now. There's a 10% launch discount, meaning from now until a week after release, you can purchase the game at $22.49 before it reverts to its full $24.99 price tag.

It will have full controller support and, judging by the system requirements, it should run quite well on the Steam Deck. In fact, the developers stated back in December on Instagram that the game is indeed Steam Deck compatible.
