The best smelling plant on earth (in my humble opinion) Also a biodiverse companion plant. This tobacco variety attracts aphids and lures them to their demise.
Blooms in the evening and through the night. Makes an excellent border and bedder plant, in any area you want to smell amazing. I grow mine around the porch, hot tub, sauna and near every window.  A recommendation of Alan Chadwick to plant in every garden. Easy to grow, requires little care and re-seeds itself easily.

From Alan Chadwick a Gardener or Souls:

Alan Chadwick prized it not only for its scent; it was also one of the best biodynamics in his Berkeley garden.
The sticky hairs on its leaves and stem were very effective at trapping aphids, which were drawn to its nighttime perfume like sailors to a siren, and this would ensure that we never had any serious infestation of aphids in the gardens. Nicotiana is actually a member of the tobacco family. It’s seed is so small that it can be difficult to propagate, but once established, it will self-sow quite prolifically. It likes rich, well-drained soil, will tolerate some amount of shade and enjoys plenty of moisture.
