Nancy Grace is raising an objection to reports that she may have flashed the audience on Dancing with the Stars Monday night.

“There’s a lot of rumors running rampant that I had a wardrobe malfunction,” the Season 13 contestant told PEOPLE. “I did not.”

“There was a little tiny movement, but it did not equate to a wardrobe malfunction,” added Grace, 51. “I would be mortified.”

The slip was not shown in the broadcast, with the camera instead cutting to an audience shot. However, Judge Bruno Tonioli quipped that the routine “was a bit top heavy at times.”

Host Tom Bergeron commented: “On the European version that would be perfectly fine.”

According to Grace, such a blunder would be nearly impossible, since her wardrobe incorporates “industrial-strength bras, gaffer tape, you name it.”

Grace scored 21 points for her quickstep with Tristan MacManus on Monday’s show.
