Giovanni Ribisi and Agyness Deyn Finalize Divorce After 3-Year Marriage: Report

Giovanni Ribisi and Agyness Deyn have reportedly finalized their divorce.

Ribisi and the model/actress seem to have reached an amicable settlement, and according to TMZ, the British model/actress will keep three of their Los Angeles-area homes while Ribisi receives two.

The former Friends actor will retain ownership of his motorcycle, while Deyn will keep their vintage Mercedes-Benz car, reports TMZ.

Ribisi, 40, and Deyn, 32, don’t have any children together, and according to TMZ, neither will receive spousal support.

Ribisi filed for divorce from Deyn in January after two-and-a-half years of marriage. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the actor cited “irreconcilable differences” and the couple’s date of separation was listed as Dec. 28, 2014.

The duo, who wed in Los Angeles in June 2012 in a quiet ceremony, remained under the radar for the duration of their relationship and subsequent split.

This was Deyn’s first marriage and Ribisi’s second. The Selma actor has a daughter, Lucia, 18, from his previous marriage to Mariah O’Brien, which ended in 2001.

Although Deyn and Ribisi kept their relationship mostly under wraps, Deyn told InStyle UK in 2013 that Ribisi was “incredible” and her “hero.”

“I suppose you meet someone and you’re just like, you know,” she added. “Obviously, if someone’s marrying someone, they’re bringing a lot of really good stuff.”

When reached by PEOPLE, a rep for Deyn had no comment.
