PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — One of New York City's most "truly stunning" homes is an apartment in Park Slope, according to a new report.

Architectural Digest combed through its online home tours, a recurring feature on the site, and picked six houses that are a cut above the rest, including a Park Slope brownstone.

While the home itself was built in the 19th-century, the multi-color walls, structural furniture, and bold art make the home a "chic, glamorous reverie," the site writes.

The unnamed homeowners, who are described as a "style-conscious couple," chose interior designer Darren Jett to decorate their home, and he opted for a somewhat eccentric (bordering on theatric) design.

Sculptural vases adorn the kitchen and bathroom alike, which have differently colored and textured walls (the kitchen, as well as the living room and dining room, are a light pink, while the bathroom walls are tiled).

The bedroom, by contrast, has floor-to-ceiling velvet curtains and a bright yellow bedspread.

Unconventionally-structured furniture is another theme in the house; there's a vintage rattan chair adjacent to a curving sofa in the living room, and red, wool chairs surrounding the dining room table.

For Jett the house's interior is one of "seduction, romance, and glamour," he told Architectural Digest.

The Park Slope home is one of three Brooklyn listings in the piece, including a Prospect Park South home and a town house in an unnamed part of Brooklyn.
