The Hollywood Chris of “Star Trek” fame ran some errands in Los Angeles Thursday sporting a wild mane.
Normally clean shaven and just a classic Hollywood hunk, Pine stepped out with shoulder-length hair and a wildly overgrown beard. In fact, Pine’s locks were so long he tied them into a half pony tail.
While the “Wonder Woman” star, 41, could just be debuting his pandemic look, there’s also a chance he’s grown out his hair for his new directorial debut — in which he’ll also star — “Poolman.”
In the mystery-comedy, Pine portrays a “hapless dreamer and would-be philosopher who spends his days looking after the pool of the Tahitian Tiki apartment block in sunny Los Angeles,” according to Deadline.
“Poolman” will also star Annette Bening and Danny DeVito.
Pine was last captured by paparazzi in November when he was hanging out with his rumored ex Zoë Kravitz. At the time, Pine had clearly been working on growing out his facial and head hair but it hadn’t quite reached the lengths it has now.
Pine and Kravitz, 33, were first linked in 2010 after spending time together at that year’s Met Gala. Three years later, dating speculation swirled as they attended several events at London Fashion Week together.
Neither of them ever confirmed a romance on the record.
Pine was present for the “Big Little Lies” star’s 2019 wedding to actor Karl Glusman, from whom she finalized her divorce in August. These days, Kravitz is happily dating “Magic Mike” star Channing Tatum.
