Ex-husband tells Rachel Uchitel: ‘I hope you die’

Rachel Uchitel — whose anguished search for her dead fiancé on 9/11 made her the face of the tragedy — was harassed with a death wish by her ex-husband as the anniversary of the attacks approached, authorities said.

“I hope you die,” former Penn State football player Matt Hahn allegedly told her in one of several allegedly harassing phone calls, TMZ said.

Uchitel is due to undergo surgery to relieve pressure at the base of her brain. She suffers from a neurological disorder called Chiari malformation, according to a post she put up on Instagram.

“I hope my own strength will surprise even me,” she posted of the surgery, which she hopes will alleviate her “debilitating” headaches and backaches.

In eight phone calls between Sept 4th and 6th, Hahn repeatedly called her a “c—’’ and threatened to “ruin’’ her in the press, according to a criminal complaint.

“You whore!’’ he railed. “You’re Satan. Don’t worry. I’ll tell the press you are a drug addict and then I’ll get custody,’’ the complaint charges.’’

Hahn, 29, and Uchitel, 39, divorced last year and have a 3-year-old daughter, Wyatt Lily. He was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 11. Uchitel lives on the Upper West Side with Wyatt and runs a children’s clothing boutique.

Hahn was arraigned later that day on a misdemeanor charge of aggravated phone harassment, according to court records. He was freed without bail.

Hahn signed an order of protection barring him from contact with Uchitel. He is due back in court on Oct. 29 and faces up to a year in jail if convicted.

Uchitel told cops their little girl was with Hahn when he allegedly made his cruel death-wish taunt, TMZ said.

Uchitel’s desperate search for her fiancé — investment banker James Andrew O’Grady — on 9/11 was documented on the front page of The Post. He died in the World Trade Center south tower.

In 2004, Uchitel married Steven Ehrenkranz, a childhood friend who was a Wall Street trader; that marriage lasted four months.

In 2009, she was linked to then-married Tiger Woods, and the National Enquirer photographed her entering the golfer’s hotel room in Australia in 2010.
