“Avatar” actor Sam Worthington and the paparazzo he admittedly slugged in Greenwich Village last year have settled their $10 million legal battle.

Aussie hunk Worthington and his model wife Lara Bingle were strolling through the Village on Feb. 23, 2014 when the dust-up happened after photographer Sheng Li started taking pictures of the couple.

Li’s video camera recorded the volatile blond Bingle igniting the incident, screeching, “Stop following me!” before lunging at Li, who responds, “Don’t touch me!”

Worthington belted the freelancer in the face after the lensman kicked Bingle, police sources have said.

The amount of the settlement is undisclosed.

“The Court has been informed that the parties have reached a settlement in principle in this case,” court papers state.

Li was charged with misdemeanor assault, harassment and reckless endangerment, but the charges were later dropped.

Worthington’s lawyer declined to comment on Thursday.
