Stephanie March kicked out of house in Flay divorce settlement

TV chef Bobby Flay and Stephanie March have settled their unsavory divorce after months of tense negotiations — but now the actress is being kicked out of their Manhattan pad, where she had been caring for her sick mother.

She also has to turn over the keys to his Hamptons estate — where the sweet young side dish he allegedly had been having an affair with has been spending weekends, posting Instagram pictures of herself lounging around even before the divorce was settled, sources said.

“He will keep the house in Amagansett and the Manhattan apartment. Stephanie has to leave the Manhattan apartment at a specified date in the next few months,” a source who was friends with the couple told Page Six.

“She has been staying there with her mother, who has been in poor health. It has been a very difficult time for her. It is unclear what her future living arrangement will be as she continues to care for her mother.”

The millionaire Food Network superstar and “Law & Order: SVU” actress split in March, and The Post reported the following month that he allegedly was having an affair with 28-year-old Elyse Tirrell, who worked as a hostess at Flay’s Bar Americain in Midtown.

Sources said that while there was a prenup in place from their 2005 wedding under which Flay, 50, was bound to pay her $5,000 a month, the couple battled in court over money.

March, 40, had claimed she was entitled to more cash because she contributed to his success as a TV star and restaurateur.

“March’s legal team questioned the prenup and were able to secure her a better deal than what was provided in the original agreement,” the source said. “It will never be as much as Stephanie deserves, but it is significantly better than the $5,000 a month. Her friends say the more generous settlement wasn’t due to Bobby’s desire to do the right thing, but his fear of being exposed [as an alleged cheater].”

Flay, who was also linked to Food Network chef Giada De Laurentiis, had denied cheating on March, his wife of 10 years.

A source close to Flay — worth an estimated $20 million — insisted the chef “is single” but said that Tirrell still works for him and that she was at his Hamptons house last weekend with the rest of his business team.
