Agyness Deyn doesn’t need her boyfriend to be ‘very good-looking’

Model Agyness Deyn blames herself for the fact that she is currently single, saying she’s “choosy” when it comes to “character.” However, the model says that she doesn’t care if a guy is “very good-looking.”

“I’m all alone. There has been no man in my life for several months now and although it would be nice to have a boyfriend, I can’t just settle for anyone,” the platinum blonde former face of Burberry tells the Daily Mail. “The fact is I’m choosy, but mainly about a man’s character. He has to be interesting, funny and clever. I don’t even mind if he’s not very good-looking.”

Deyn says it’s also important to her that a guy be able to handle her busy schedule.

“I have also been very busy this year working hard and moving my career on from being a model,” explains Deyn.

Deyn, whose given name is Laura Hollins, made a big splash on the modeling scene in 2006, landing on the cover of Vogue in 2007. She, however, quit the industry in 2009 to pursue acting. She recently made her stage debut in the play, “The Leisure Society.”

Deyn has been linked in the past to musician to Albert Hammond Jr. of The Strokes as well as to Josh Hubbard of the band The Paddingtons.
