John Corbett and wife Bo Derek make rare red carpet appearance at ‘Masters of the Air’ premiere

John Corbett and wife Bo Derek made a rare red carpet appearance during a date night in LA on Wednesday.

The “Sex and the City” alum, 62, and Derek, 67, attended the premiere of Apple TV+’s new miniseries “Masters of the Air.”

The pair were joined by the World War II drama’s stars Austin Butler, Callum Turner and Barry Keoghan.

Corbett kept his hair long and shaggy, and donned an all-black look for the evening.

The “Tarzan, the Ape Man” star, for her part, sported a velvet blazer, a long silver chain necklace and a blue clutch for the bash.

The couple met in 2002 after being set up on a blind date and they tied the knot in 2020.

The “A Change of Seasons” star was previously married to actor John Derek, who died from cardiovascular disease in 1998 at the age of 71.

“He makes me laugh all the time,” Derek told Fox News of Corbett in 2020. “He’s full of life, full of joy. I became attracted to him and I still am. We take things day by day and I think we are still there. We’re starting to get a little more settled.”

“I didn’t expect to end up with anyone again,” she said about dating after her late husband’s passing. “Some women want to pair up again right away. I didn’t.”

Derek added: “I remember consciously fashioning myself after some girlfriends that I have [who] are single and led very full, fantastic lives with friends and family and projects that they do. And that gave them happiness.”

Corbett recently made an appearance on the “SATC” sequel series, “And Just Like That…,” reprising his role of Aidan Shaw.

Aidan returned as the furniture buyer and past love interest of Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) on the reboot.

But in order for Corbett to come back as the character, he got a major style update.

On an episode of the podcast “And Just Like That… The Writers Room” released last year, creator Michael Patrick King explained that he wanted Aidan to be “different.” So, he gave “John a makeover.”

“We cut his hair, we took the turquoise jewelry away. We told him he had to be rock hard when he came back,” King said at the time.

Despite King noting that the OG Aidan was purely “perfect,” the change ultimately came down to a “story choice.”
