Location

UBC has two main campuses situated in Vancouver and the Okanagan home to over 65,000 students from Canada and more than 140 countries around the world. 


The Vancouver campus is a mere 30 minutes away from the vibrant heart of downtown Vancouver, a city with exquisite natural attractions including snow-capped mountains and a beautiful oceanfront. 


The Okanagan Campus provides a cozy, intimate learning experience through embracing bold new ways of thinking. 

Accreditations

The University of British Columbia is accredited by AACSB, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. AACSB is one of the longest serving global accrediting bodies for business schools in the world, and arguably the most prestigious. 

The AACSB accreditation is an essential benchmark for UBC, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, research, and outreach. 

Programs

The University of British Columbia offers a wide range of master’s degree programs at both their Vancouver and Okanagan Campuses. UBC also offers several specializations under several subject areas offering an innovative education that equips students with a specific skill set optimal for propelling career ambitions. 

Scholarships

The University of British Columbia offers several scholarships to all students enrolling into a program at UBC. The scholarships are merit-based and do not require a separate application as all students who have received an offer of admission to UBC are automatically considered. 

Scholarship decisions are made between mid-March to the end of April annually. 

Fun fact

UBC’s Anti-Racism and Inclusive Excellence Task Force released a report in early 2022 with 54 commendations to address systemic racism against Indigenous, Black and People of Color in the UBC community. The recommendations aim to promote inclusivity and excellence across the two campuses and underscore the institutionalized, systemic racism that affects Indigenous and racialized students, faculty, and staff.
