Omelet House Summerlin

I love this place. The vibe is a good kind of bustling. Didn't realize an extra side of ranch was gonna cost $1.00 tho lol. Oh well. The Benedict was good and so was the coffee. Love the cash price option too. Everyone here was very kind.

This was my first time at the Omelet House since before Covid. MAN!!!! What a great meal and FANTASTIC Service. My wife had the stuffed French Toast and I had the Lobster Benedict. Both were out of this world. Prices are great and again, the service is second to none. I highly recommend you try it!!!

Came in for breakfast and was seated quickly. Place was quiet on a Monday morning. Decided on the homemade hash and eggs. Inquired about the hash and was told it was very small pieces, perfect! I love can hash, I know I know, but I love it so don't really enjoy when the hash is huge chunks of meat and potatoes. This was ground fine and it was very tasty. Got my eggs over easy, and the spuds , thin sliced potato fried crisp. Was very good and different. Eggs were cooked perfect and they have gluten free toast so I was able to sop up my yolk. Yummy. Good service and nice place

Breakfast go to spot! It took awhile for us to try this place (we always get bagels next door!). But once we did, we were SO GLAD. Stepping in to this spot was reminiscent of stopping into a local diner on the east coast and I loved that. Everything on the menu is good--their corned beef hash though is next level!

They have a diverse menu and are well staffed.
But -- don't let them seat you at the counter--there isn't enough room for your legs (maybe if you have a really long neck you can try it)

Food was delicious, omelette was a good size, asked for hash browns well done and they came just how i like them. I just think its a bit too pricey. I got an omelette with sausage, onions, spinach and with tip it was $27. I feel like when you order an omelette that they should give you the onion and spinach for free as it costs pennies to them. Ill still come back though, but $27 with no coffee or orange juice is a bit much.

Came on at 7:30 on Saturday. Was sat right away and drink orders were taken before we sat down. Restaurant was clean and service was amazing. Amazing food and even better staff. Spent $40 for 2 people and was worth every penny. Will be back for sure

Very cute place with very attentive and friendly staff.

The food is good, but maybe a little ambitious for the cooks. Our order was warm at best and the English muffin from the Eggs Benedict couldn't be cut with a knife. We asked for a steak knife, but they didn't have one!

The breakfast was cheerfully replaced, but as I was finishing my friend's replacement breakfast arrived. Timing was uncomfortable.

I am assuming these are kinks that will be worked out. Because of the nice staff, I will give them another try in a month or so.

I went this morning for the first time. Everything was soooo good and you get way more food than you would expect. Super reasonable prices. The best part was the staff, everyone was so friendly and on top of checking in with us. Will go back again and again.
