Fun boba spot in great central location! This is Ni Hao's second Tucson location. Lots of flavors of drinks (milk teas, slushies etc) and different types of boba to add or toppings.
I've never had a boba drink with toppings so didn't know what to expect. It is like a flavored froth, has a slight salty taste (but is really delicious ).
They have ample seating and I saw a small study group. They also have games like jenga!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Top notch drink shop that adds a lot of great boba options in Tucson!
The matcha latte is my go to here. Sometimes varies in how strong the flavor is. And you can customize the drink however you want.
I also like the hardy cups that the drinks come in as well.
Service is always friendly hereHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Most places that one can get Boba Tea typically cannot be customized. I love the wide array of options available for the tea to make it so personal. I was even able to select how sweet or unsweet my tea could taste. To top it all off, my other half and myself loved the tea! I had the Ceremonial Grade Matcha with Strawberry added to it.
The staff at this location was exceptional! I had a great customer experience and left knowing more about tea than when I arrived. The dining space was fabulous and very chic which added to the overall great experience.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This is such a great place for milk teas and smoothie boba drinks. My go to drink is the honeydew smoothie with boba, but I decided to try the tucson sunset, which is a mix of dragon fruit and passion fruit. When you order, you can choose your sweetness. Regular is 100% sweetness, so if you want less sugar, be sure to lower that to 50%. All the drinks are delicious, you really can't go wrong with any of them. My favorite flavor is still honeydew. Cheers!

Ni Hao Tea has good boba and nice lighting. They could have more games or seating for their customers. I know the space is limited but when compared to competitors it is something missing. I also am conflicted on the qipao/cheongsam styled tops for all workers.
I grew up wearing qipao dresses and feel they are for special events. While anyone can wear them these are cultural pieces to be celebrated. I took the time to read the origins of the company on the website. There isn't an explanation of it. It seems more of a show to have these certain pieces because it fits with the brand.
I feel turned off retuning to this business when I am reminded my culture is someone's uniform top. Doesn't feel genuine.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 4065783322Dec 27, 2023
Great boba spot with good options like the Taro milk tea or Brown Sugar milk tea
Cute little tables and good serviceHelpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jan 5, 2024Updated review
Coming to Ni Hao twice in two days... I might have a problem But their boba is so good and I'd prefer milk tea over coffee any day.
Lots of seating available and they've added some acoustic foam to the walls and ceiling that lowers the interior volume significantly.
They've added some new drinks I'm excited to try in the future.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jul 31, 2023Previous reviewIt's crazy hot and some friends wanted some boba to stay cool. I was able to order online and it was ready for me when I arrived. The staff is friendly and the convenience of online ordering is excellent.
Jul 2, 2022Previous reviewCame here for a dad/ daughter date. We split a creamy mango slush with brown sugar boba. The drink was delicious and we enjoyed talking, playing Jenga and relished their strong air conditioning.
The staff is always friendly, attentive and the prices are very reasonable. We love that they've opened this second location.Feb 17, 2022Previous reviewThe ni hao on Broadway is our family's favorite boba spot in town... and when we saw the signage go up on the Campbell location a few months ago we were both excited and nervous.
Excited to have top notch boba and tea so close to us and nervous to have such top notch boba so close to us. Maybe if I stick to 50% sweetness I won't feel so guilty for getting boba so often.
This location has the same menu as the og store. Staff was friendly and helpful. I heard that on opening weekend the first 100 people got free drinks. We weren't able to make it then, but we're excited to go after picking up the kids from school yesterday.
As someone with a mild lactose intolerance I appreciate that they use non-dairy creamer for their drinks. I think the Thai tea is one of the few with half and half.
My kids love the creamy slush. Mango and passion fruit are out top picks. Add some popping boba and you got a party going. I know tucsonans love their eegees, but give me a ni hao house milk tea with egg custard any day! - May 5, 2024
A solid boba place.... However, I do find that the boba pearls are very inconsistent. Sometimes, they're sweet and chewy, but other times, they can be quite bland and too soft. There are some board games and plenty of seating inside, and the staff are usually pretty nice.

I have to say this is my fave boba tea place in Tucson! It took me over a year to find the one! We ordered the passionfruit slushy with boba and the mango cheesecake slushy I believe. Both were tastyvery cute vibes and the staff was friendly. They also have uno and jenga on the tables while you enjoy your boba.
