Found this spot when I use to live near the area and never stopped coming back!! I would say the spot is kind of lowkey but does get pretty packed. If you have never had rolled icecream you definitely have to go. Anytime we do anything near international drive we always have to stop for ice cream. Generally the service is always nice and I love how there's sticky notes all over the wall makes it pretty cool. I had the money business which is Nutella and banana. You also get 3 choices for toppings!

Unique Ice Cream Experience with Efficient Service
My recent visit to Mr. Cool Ice Cream & Boba Tea was an interesting experience, to say the least.
I opted for the rolled ice cream, customizing it with fruity pebbles, Nilla wafers, and a banana in a vanilla ice cream base. While the ice cream was decent, it didn't particularly stand out in terms of flavor. However, the novelty of watching it being rolled and the added toppings made it a fun treat to enjoy.
The interior decor was unique, featuring a plethora of colorful post-it notes. While this design choice was undoubtedly distinctive, I found it to be somewhat overwhelming, as the bright colors could be a bit of a sensory overload.
On the bright side, the service at the cashier was efficient, ensuring a smooth and quick ordering process.
In summary, Mr. Cool Ice Cream & Boba Tea offers a unique ice cream experience with customizable options and efficient service. While the ice cream itself may not be extraordinary, the novelty factor and efficient service make it worth a visit for a fun treat.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 14329690Jan 5, 2024
*only got ice cream*
This was overall alright. I think the concept of rolled ice cream is always fun, especially the customization aspect. Being able to literally mix toppings into your ice cream flavor of choice is just another level. The main thing you pay for at a rolled ice cream place, though, is watching it get made. It's like watching the people at Cold Stone mash your ice cream together but elevated.
Knowing that, even though the ice cream was yummy, we were there at a time when they were so busy that we first of all had to wait 20-30 minutes before our orders even started getting made, but we also, because of the wait, couldn't watch our ice cream get rolled up.
What I did appreciate was that they allow you to add three free toppings to the top of the ice cream cup, in addition to the two toppings that you mix into the ice cream if you make your own. My cousins also have a severe nut allergy, and they were very conscientious of it. They used a different platter to roll their ice creams and used new cereal/different spoons to scoop their toppings to avoid contamination. Really cool and appreciated how seriously they took it.
Was a little crazy inside, but if you're wanting rolled ice cream this will do the trick.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ashley B.Orlando, FL011Apr 30, 2024
Arrived at 1:15pm, there are 2 open signs lite up
and a sign that says 'open come in', however the doors are locked. We looked in the window and saw an employee, and she shook her head 'no'. I tried to ask her what time they open and she shook her head, went in the stockroom and didn't return.
Terrible, rude customer service.
She could have told us what time they open and we would have returned at a later time. I sure hope the owner addresses this behavior with her-they will lose business.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 692164Aug 13, 2023
If you're going here please be aware your gpa will probably take you to the hotel behind the plaza. But this location is in the front of the plaza almost towards the end pst the gift store.
When you walk in they have cool music playing and post it notes everywhere available for you to sign and put on the walls. There is a ton of options for you to choose from. The girls were super friendly helping us the ice cream was super creamy and you get 3 generic free topping a which was definitely a plus for us. All in all we ended up loving rolled ice cream and we will probably come back when craving againHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 683021004Jun 28, 2023
Was on I-drive today and wanted to try something new, so we gave Mr. Cool a shot. This place offers a few different things: 1) Bubble Tea 2) Milkshakes 3) Ice Cream "rolls"
We tried the strawberry green tea with boba. The tea was good, but very sweet (you can't adjust that as far as I know). Their boba is nice and chewy, but not very flavorful. I don't know if they make it themselves (the boba), but it wasn't our favorite.
The real main attraction are the ice cream "rolls". They make the ice cream from scratch on a super cold metal slab (kinda like cold stone creamery, but better). They have several types to choose from flavor wise. I went for straight up vanilla, since I never had it before. Once it's mixed, they spread it very thinly on the slab then cut it into strips and "roll" each one up with their spatula by scraping it. It turns into about 5 or 6 ice cream rolls that they put in a cup and then you can add up to 3 toppings. I tried, chocolate sauce, banana and whipped cream. They have a pretty large variety of toppings.
It looked really cool and was definitely something new to try, but was it the best ice cream I've had? No. Did it test like just made homemade ice cream? Not really, but it was pretty good. It was more of a novelty and now that I've seen it/done it, I probably wouldn't go again. It's definitely worth a visit if you haven't seen it before.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 1364138337Mar 27, 2023
It was a HOTTTT day in Florida and we wanted something to cool us down, and found this place nearby so decided to check it out. The inside is super cool with post-it's with messages from customers covering most of the walls! Super cool idea to engage the crowd and looks like a total vibe!
We got the Thai milk tea and the brown sugar tea. Also got the strawberry rolled ice cream with fresh strawberries and bananas. Both of the teas were very watered down, and did not taste good. I was expecting great flavors for a place that advertises boba teas, but I was let down. One of my friends also got the mango green tea, which was highly recommended by the staff, but sadly it tasted like ice and sugar. So that was quite disappointing :( The ice cream was probably my favorite thing to eat here, the strawberry ice cream tasted super fresh and almost like actual strawberries!
If I were to go back, it would be for the ice cream and not the drinksHelpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - 772351423Feb 9, 2023
Innovative alternative to ice cream. If you are a local or just passing through the area, check out Mr Cool, you won't be disappointed.
You can choose to create your own concoction or go with the vast menu, perfectly put together. The options for add ons seem endless from candy, cereal and fresh fruit.
Reasonably priced, quick service and friendly staff.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 9, 2023
Super cute place, when you enter you get bombarded with sticky note drawings and messages all throughout the shop! My husband and I shared the Oreo graham cracker rolled ice cream and it was delicious!
My friends also split and ice cream and they said theirs was super good too!
The ladies in the front were very nice, our order came out quick and the tables were clean. The area is a little sketch on I-drive but it was one the only dessert locations open till midnight, and we got there at around 9pm. Easy to locate from the road, plenty of parking and friendly staff.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information
