Great happy hour! It seemed like there were a lot of regulars that take advantage of this hidden gem! Got a sharks bite- delish and almost everything on the happy hour menu. The Caesar salad surprisingly was the least memorable. The burger was good, the fried cauliflower was great, fries were unexpectedly good for steak fries, spinach artichoke dip was delish. The wings were also tasty! The bartenders are really heavy handed with wine pours fyi. Will definitely be back next time we're in vegas!

Food was good and cooked well. Our server was very attentive and we made good choices with the food we ordered. Ambiance was peaceful and nice. I would only suggest they order larger oysters. I don't remember them being this small before but this time it seemed premature.

Had dinner on a slow night and it didn't matter.

New appetizer on the menu was bone marrow. Wife hadn't had this since childhood and loved it! (I did as well)
Crab cake along with it was crispy and tasty. Added
Brussels sprouts with bacon. Yes, we ordered a lot..
Onion soup was perfectly prepared with the crouton and gruyere.
Wife had the ribeye rare and again loved it. I had the scallops with polenta and would definitely order it again.
Plenty of leftovers that they packed up very well
To take home.
We will definitely return on our next visit to the JW.

The food here is great. I've had the short rib, filet mignon and meatballs. All were cooked perfectly and flavorful. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Is it Mastro's, Joe's, Bazaar? Not exactly, but it also doesn't have the price tag of those spots, so manage your expectations and you will enjoy this place. I have zero regrets.

Had dinner here tonight. Had two old fashions and they were delicious. I also had the queen cut prime rib with mashed potatoes. Everything was really good. This place is a hidden gem. It's so pretty inside. Service was amazing.

Came to Hawthron for drinks on the patio and so glad we did! The service was amazing, drinks amazing and they even brought little bowl of popcorn to munch on. We got the shark bite and Melon Mojito the drinks were so delicious! We will definitely be back but next time to dine too.

The food and service was ok but I did not like their policy of refusing to split up checks more than 3 ways per table no matter how many couples you have at the table. We put 2 tables together on the patio and had 5 couples at our table and it was extremely awkward to try to split this up ourselves. In this day and age everyone uses credit cards and may not have much cash with you and it makes it difficult doing the restaurants job for them. If they want to be paid, give me a bill for what I owe. Period!

We have gone here 3 times and every time something is off. Service is slow. Our steaks were awful-one prime rib was full of fat; the other, a ribeye was so thin, overcooked and tasteless. Even the salad was drenched in awful dressing. And to top it off, the Yorkshire pudding that came with the prime rib was one inch by one inch and solid. I have had a lot of steaks and prime rib-and this restaurant does not know how to cook them. The restaurant is very loud, due to the bar etc... Never again for the expensive prices. I'll go down to any of the steak houses on the strip and for prime rib I'll go to Lawry's (Las Vegas) There are lots of options in Summerlin, Las Vegas. Go to Vintner Grill! Stay away from this shameful place.

This experience was a far cry from the first time we dined here. We took my grandma here for her 80th birthday. I'm so sad and disappointed on how our dinner turned out. I wanted it to be so special for her and my entire family. The whole dinner was so expensive too! I was shocked when I got the bill. After tasting the dinner it was all around disappointing.

Our waitress was so nice, attentive, and friendly. So no marks off for her at all. She was great! But the food on the other hand was not.

Our cocktails were good. We had old fashions, moscato, and martinis. Our first course was good too. We had the French onion soup, the wedge salad, the house salad, and the caprese salad. That was delicious and no complaints there.
After we enjoyed that, It took at least 30 min after we finished our salads for our dinner to finally arrive.
Three of us got this fish special which was sea bass. My sister gosh was undercooked and smiley, all our fish dishes barley had any flavor. From what was described on the special to what we got, we were missing the cauliflower purée sauce on the top. We also ordered the chicken piccata and the shrimp scampi. Both dishes were so bland, didn't have any type of flavor. We had to had tons of salt just to be able to eat them. We also ordered the ribeye. It was alright. My kids got the child sized steak and the butter pasta with chicken. Again the pasta had absolute no flavor at all. I had to had salt to their dishes too. The kids didn't even eat their dinners at all. I had to make them food when we got home because they were so hungry.

I'm just very very disappointed on how this dinner turned out. I was so very excited to celebrate my grandmas monumental birthday here. I'm actually embarrassed and said that this was her special birthday dinner.
