Super cute cafe with really good vibes. As soon as you walk in, you feel the good energy. They have a great variety of loose leaf tea and some signature coffee. I had a delicious smoothie. It comes in one size that was more than enough. They also have one of the NICEST bathrooms I've ever seen in a cafe. There is a lot of seating options and some tables. I think you can reserve tables too. There is plenty of parking in the adjoining parking garage. Great spot overall. Check it out. Latina owned, ftw.

Coffee was fine baked goods lacking. My cookie was dry. The croissant was not flaky and tasted bland, almost stale. Server very friendly and atmosphere pleasant. Just gotta step up on the goodies.

Happy Sunday! What a great way to start my day! Today, I stopped in on my way to the street fair, and wanted to grab breakfast. I go into this cute shop that has been around 14 years, and it was mind blowing how popular it is! The food is delicious, as I had the breakfast burrito. The wait for the food, however, was about 30 minutes. I understand busy, but no one gave me an update, so it threw me off. Come here for great coffee, great food (but come early, as it gets busy)!

I usually buy food here when I take the kids to the puppet theater. This will be the last time. The food and coffee are acceptable, but there was a worm in my hummus platter... Ugh

I liked the unique menu. Good cold brew! The cookie was amazing. We both had breakfast sandwiches. Fresh and warm. So good! Nice place to hang out and get work done.

Very friendly staff member greeted us and happily offered samples of the vegan Aztec mocha gelato. It was delicious. She also pointed out the vegan pastries- a brownie and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll is delicious! Great ambiance. Great outdoor seating. Would definitely return!

Great coffee! I love the cold brew with the espresso ice cream! It hits different! Hard to find parking though!

It's crazy how this place has art of Heard and Depp amidst this whole controversy. It's tasteless to make light of abuse victims or to do this because it's trendy. Aside from that the coffee isn't good, it's flavorless and the drink selection is small. Used to come here a lot because it was close by but honestly just spend your money elsewhere. The location progressively became dirtier to the point I'd have to wipe off crumbs and wrappers almost every visit.

This was my 2nd time at Fair Trade and I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere here. It's located in the Art District, so you'll have that sort of hippie-vibe with the decors, staff, and overall surrounding.
Parking garage has 2hr limit, so if you're planning to spend more time around, then I'd try street parking around the corner. The place is pretty populated from the time I came to the time I left- many people working/studying, some enjoying companying, and they have also various board games you can play with. The window overlooks Roosevelt w/ half-open drapes so you can people watch or get lost in thoughts.
Food/drink- they have breakfast items as well as sandwiches, wraps, appetizers. I tried the turkey wrap and found it okay. Like any other wrap, nothing extraordinary there. The food didn't leave a memorable taste for me. I also had the espresso which is like your ideal man: deep, dark, and strong. If you're a coffee person, I'd highly recommend.
The very unique and cute part of the place that is absolutely memorable is the bathroom. Oddly enough. It's like a walk-in closet bathroom, very homey and comfortable. Hippie-decors, of course. In the bathroom, they included envelopes and blank papers, and a note that says - take a moment to write something and we'll mail it for you. That's pretty entertaining and different. Much appreciated!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Aaron A.South Mountain Village, Phoenix, AZ0115Apr 1, 2021
Lovely space, lots of comfy corners. I ordered a matcha drink that barely had the taste of matcha (not sure what they use or the quantity). Also, when the screen prompts for a tip (and you leave one), the drink should be brought to you. Seems like an equally nice gesture. I may come back to retest the vibe. Not loving the posted 2 hour limit. We are literally surrounded by the university and I may want to study longer as a customer.
