Just finished up my cruise and this place was on the same block as my hotel, we stopped in and I'm in love with the place service was quick and had the best cappuccino of my trip here and believe me I've had a few.

Met a friend here for coffee and had a bit of a hunt to find it. I knew it was in the lobby of Park Place but came in through the main Burrard Street entrance and there is no sign of a coffee shop on this side of the building. Head past the elevators to Hornby Street to find what looks like a tiny location tucked in a corner of the lobby. Inside, a mezzanine level provides a surprising amount of extra seating. Service was fast and friendly. I was disappointed in that my friend and I both ordered our drinks "in" but received our drinks in paper cups. This, in a shop that prides itself in environmental standards.

Their coffee is still good but the quality of their baking has slipped considerably. I'm not sure if it is a victim of COVID but it's not what it once was.

Relatively new Caffé Artigiano location, situated in the lobby of the Park Place building. Lots of seating space, and an upstairs section too.
Standard Artigiano drinks & food quality. No brunch hot menu available at this location.
Friendly staff & not too crowded at lunch time, considering its very central downtown location! Will definitely be back again soon.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Hileray K.Coquitlam, BC181Jan 31, 2019
This place is consistent with one thing - making the worst coffee drink I have ever had. Whether it's an Americano (watery) or a chai tea latte (all milk no chai flavor), I always regret going here. So many other coffee places in the area so skip this place.

Dropped by here for a coffee. Was quick to walk in, place my order, and have them make it fresh for me. Staff was kind and friendly. They also have indoor seating and a patio (although I imagine in the winter the patio is removed).

Tried the 'Anna' breakfast wrap and it was quite good. The cafe is quite spacious and bright. Service was decent as well. Will try their coffee next time.

I work in the building and was looking forward to this location opening up. Its now been a couple of months so the kinks should have been worked out. So far disappointing.
Getting a coffee is slowwww. It's slow during the week. It's slow on weekends. It's slow when its busy. It's slow when it's slow. There seems to be endless staff turnover. No one working the front seems to know what they're doing or lasts long enough to learn. You're almost guaranteed some kind of mistake each time you order. The place looks half finished. Management, if any, appears completely ineffective.
It's a shame. I generally try to avoid the competition but the Starbucks across the street is a model of efficiency compared to this place. So I'm taking my business elsewhere - not worth the hassle and why reward incompetence.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
