A film and fundraiser for the hidden Beta Israel Jewish community in Ethiopia

Watch the film and then join us for a Q&A session live on Zoom featuring Dr. Malka Shabtay, the film’s director. Several leaders of the hidden Beta Israel Jewish community in Ethiopia will join us.

The film link will be live starting on Friday, January 26- Tuesday, January 30. The Q&A session will be on Zoom on Tuesday, January 30 at noon ET.

The cost is $18. Funds raised will go to sending a rabbi to stay with the community for 6 weeks, which will enable the community to learn and strengthen their formal Jewish practices.
