Hey if we worked together as a team to submit songs to "All" of the existing producers we will more than likely get them released between Sybersound, Resicio, etc, etc. "For it is "WE" who they listen to the most"
DannyG2006 you are correct in saying that Country is a pretty solid genre for the karaoke industry. Here in Canada, Country is getting huge but lest we forget that it was Nashville that inspired us on that part. Don't bother, if their attempt at it is like the attempts they tried to make with Faithfully then I would rather have Karaoke Version do it. None of the attempts on Faithfully ever came close to the original lyrics, totally useless for contests. I have been in contests where I used it and after figuring out that the judges we're taking off points for lyric accuracy even though I was singing the correct lyrics but they were going by the lyrics on the screen which were totally inaccurate. Actually the first Karaoke manufacturer to put it out got the lyrics right, their background music wasn't up to par with Sound Choice. Right now Karaoke Version has the perfect version of Faithfully in their catalog, background music and lyric wise.

I was EXACTLY where you were 4 years ago. Excited, ethusiastic and hopeful. I signed up for the certifcation program when they gave people another chance, *i missed the first round cause i wasn't working and couldn't afford it*
I signed up for the advance program, because I truly believed that anything they produced in a digital format would be a good thing, just to get the ball rolling. And that was a disaster of empty promises. all they did is renfund the money for the people that requested them *which i imagine was practically everyone*
There comes a point, when you just have to accept reality and look at all the red flags that point to more empty promises...
1. Soundchoice has made several attempts at new music over the last 8 years.. Lots of hype, ethusium etc. The results? Zip nada, just excuses and empty promises RED FLAG
2. None of the PEP or soundchoice entertainment sites have been updated in almost a year, if not longer RED FLAG
3. Customer Service sometimes takes 2 weeks to get back to you, if at all. MAJOR RED FLAG
4. Major advocate, lawyer and marketing director leaves company.. RED FLAG
i could go on, but you get the point.
That being said, i'll request the songs i've always been requesting.
I'm a stranger here - Five Man Electrical Band
anything by Trooper, as that disc is out of print and harder to find than anything else i've tried to obtain.
plus as everyone else said, there are a (@$%&#!) ton of requests *including others by me * that are in the requests thread.

I don't understand what you guys are trying to accomplish by bringing up their history and visualizing the company to be a "Red Flag" company.
When I sold off my karaoke cdg disks, I contacted pep by phone and asked what products they have to offer. they told me Help license and Gem set. sounds pretty normal to me.
When I got the help license and sent my first payment, they gave me a License # right away.
when I later bought the Gem set, I received the complete package within 10 business days.
Never any issues with support. Bryan along with others gave me support right away for any of my inquiries.
I see absolutely no issues with this company.
I also get the same treatment with Colin from Sunfly.
The only issues I've ever had was from Bob Latshaw about product upgrade and my license issue.
That's it.
The company is Legit.... moving forward as I see it.
You guys are stuck in the past. Again I believe the only ones that complain are the ones hiding something and trying to find alleyways for "peace of mind"
