    • Analyzed several test cases and motor problems patients
carry, and adjusted software design and usability to widen user target.
    Map GUI
    • Designed a geographic information system (GIS) software using C++, from loading map data to
    calculating walking distance.
    • Implemented distance computing algorithms including Dijkstra, A-star, and an original search algorithm.

    CUBE

"The Biomedical Engineering Competition (BMEC) is an annual event organized by CUBE. Each year we present students with a problem relevant to different fields of biomedical engineering and prompt teams to devise innovative solutions to target the problem. Students are encouraged to employ critical thinking and utilize the engineering design process while coming up with potential solutions."

    This year's Problem Statement:
Develop and design novel and practical solutions that aids children who have cerebral palsy in typing and writing in a classroom.

Our team developed a new keyboard software, which we interpreted the knowledge of Roman Numerals and Korean keyboard. CP patients with severe conditions have motor-related disorder, and have difficulty in accurately typing in using the existing keyboards. Our team came up with the idea of separating the keyboard into 11 sections, where each section represents the parts of the characters, such as |,),o.
