Salt Lake Temple Sealing | Jessie and Dallin Photography

March in Utah is such an unpredictable month for the weather. One day there is a huge snow storm, the next, it’s raining, while the following day is 60 degrees! As we stalked Google and local weather channels leading up to Katrina and David’s Salt Lake Temple sealing, we kept our fingers crossed and while the weather was a bit chilly, all the major storms avoided their special day!

It was wonderful to see all the family support that Katrina and David had. Family played a big role in everything we witnessed as we waited for them to make their grand exit from the Salt Lake Temple. From their daughters with their bouquets, grandmothers that helped the kids with their flowers and hand warmers to fight off the chill, and Katrina’s sister who was there alongside her to help her get ready, there was a special feeling of family unity. The personalities of each of their kids really came through in the photos as well. If you look closely you may see some hidden gems and funny faces! You may even be able to spot some hand warmers held by some of the kids, which they shook while singing “shake it like a Polaroid picture” to stay warm.

Katrina and David were total naturals when it came time to do their portrait session after family photos. Aside from Katrina’s killer heels, which were the perfect touch, these two were so much fun to work with! After a few minutes of shooting, it was as if they could read our minds and could predict what we would ask them to do next. They were such pros! 🙂

Katrina and David, thank you both so much for trusting us to capture your Salt Lake Temple sealing for you! We hope that you were able to go get those incredible brownies, and had a blast at the trampoline park with your family!
