SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – After another 4-0 weekend that saw them take down two more ranked teams, Cal Poly beach volleyball has moved up inside the top 10 in the latest AVCA rankings.

 The Mustangs, who are now 10-2 and winners of five straight, have moved up to No 9 in this week's rankings. It is the highest they've been ranked since the beginning of the 2022 season.

Last weekend, Cal Poly took down Santa Clara, No. 13 FIU, No. 18 Stetson, and Southern Miss down in Long Beach. They already have four wins over ranked opponents this season.

The Mustangs will host their first home event of the season this weekend when welcoming Pacific, North Florida, Santa Clara, and UC Davis to Swanson Beach Volleyball Complex Saturday, March 16 and Sunday, March 17.

Cal Poly will face Pacific and North Florida Saturday at 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. followed by Santa Clara and UC Davis Sunday at 11:30 a.m. and 3:15 p.m.
