Our team of florists will advise you and help you choose the most suitable flower arrangement for every occasion and special occasion: birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, funerals, events, etc.
Our online ordering system makes it easy to select a bouquet or gift from our collection; add any custom features and ship it to your recipient's address.
What is the quality of the products I am buying?
Each arrangement is hand designed by our florists, so colors and flower variety may vary according to local availability.
The pictures of the products are a representation of the floral arrangements and may vary slightly, products with vase are subject to availability, in case the design of the image is not available, we will replace the vase with one of similar design and always at the same price.
What are your customer service hours?
Although our online store is open 24 hours a day to take your orders, our sales staff and florists process your order during the following hours: Monday at Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.; Sundays and holidays there is no customer service and order processing, however, if there is home delivery service with orders scheduled by our customers in their purchase days in advance and within our business hours.

Secondly, we offer express delivery for products from our flower, plant and gift collections, as long as you place your order before 11 a.m. Eastern Time (GMT:-05:00).
At Fresh Flowers Orlando we take last minute orders very seriously, especially when things get stressful; we ask you to be mindful of our time frame in order to meet same day delivery, after that time 11:01 a.m. Eastern Time (GTM:-05:00) the product and its delivery is processed for the next business day.
