This isn't a thread about removing them. I know I could just download adblock.
It's just irritating as they are intrusive and misleading, and just awkward. I was giving a presentation at school earlier today and they kept popping up. It was really awkward.
Evony was doing this a few years ago too.

The game is a browser based RTS game. Not some kind of sci-fi cartoon orgy like it's trying to make itself out to be.
A lot of the ads are so revealing I can't even post them here. On another note, doesn't it break some kind of law or ESRB policy to use the adults only symbol on this game? It's clearly alright for minors.

I agree, these ads are bullstuff. No company should resort to using love to advertise their "MMO".

Yeah, not just wartune, theres other games like this too, and they're so annoying. Also, the way they constantly portray women is driving me insane.
