How do I turn off Conversation View? (Outlook mobile app)

You will need to have installed the Outlook mobile app onto your device, and be signed in using your Aberystwyth University username and password. This will not work if you are using your phone's default email app.

• Launch the Outlook mobile app

• Tap the your name icon in the top left hand corner
  
  

• Tap the cog icon in the bottom left hand corner
  
  
• Scroll down and untick Organise by thread
