Learn spinning, hand and ankle loop-work, loop-less maneuvers, and develop strength, agility and grace. Spanish Web encompasses beautiful and traditional spinning, loop-work, and the contemporary strength based styles of motion that characterize modern rope work. Not only is it a fantastic whole-body workout, but it will improve your grace, flexibility and poise in the air. Open to all levels!
