Our Purpose: The Downtown District BIA exists to position downtown Belleville as a vibrant community. A community to live, work, shop, dine, cycle, be entertained or just relax and enjoy a coffee. The city centre that reflects the health and vitality of our beautiful City.
As humans, we crave experiences that make us feel a part of something. Community is the foundation of our downtown’s success. Nothing can replace authentic human interaction. We will work to create a thriving centre of our community, amplify its existence and be prepared to try new things, be agile, collaborate, celebrate, make mistakes, forgive and move forward together.
