BlackBerry was a very interesting brand in the mobile phone industry. At the peak of its popularity, in 2011, a Canadian company called “Research In Motion” had 85 million smartphone users worldwide, and only several years later, those numbers drastically declined. Within only several years, the market share decreased from 43% to 6%, and the company finally canceled phone manufacturing. How was it possible, and were those phones really good?
