This 1978 Puch Maxi Sport MkII is powered by a 49cc two-stroke single paired with a two-speed automatic transmission and is finished in metallic green. Equipment includes a solo seat, street lighting, alloy wheels, and a center stand as well as a chrome front fender, luggage rack, and exhaust. Maintenance performed under previous ownership is said to have included resealing the engine, cleaning the fuel tank and carburetor, and replacing the fuel petcock, brake cables, and tires. This Maxi Sport Mk II was acquired by the seller in 2020 and is now offered at no reserve with helmet- and fork-lock keys as well as transferable New York registration in the seller’s name.

The stamped-steel step-through frame is finished in Pearl Green with blue and green stripes and features an integrated 0.85-gallon fuel tank that was cleaned under previous ownership. Black plastic side covers shroud the carburetor and extend back to form chain guards on both sides, and a tire pump is mounted behind the right side cover. Street lighting consists of a headlight, a taillight, side reflectors, and period Cat Eye battery-powered turn signals.

Cross-spoke 17″ cast alloy wheels wear Pirelli ML99 tires said to have been mounted circa 2019. Suspension consists of an inverted front fork as well as dual shocks mounted to the swingarm. Braking comes from front and rear drums with replacement control cables.
