“Magic Eye” Paintings by Jean Glenn

In 1979 Christopher Tyler invented the first black and white autostereograms with the assistance of a computer programmer, Maureen Clarke.   You may remember these optical puzzles from the Magic Eye series of books?  Viewers must diverge their eyes in order to see the hidden three-dimensional images within the pattern.  Good clean fun.

  1. Jean’s paintings remind me of what it was like to live in New York City. Unique, colorful bits of energy crammed into a space that in and of itself is vibrating. How exciting! Love them!
